    •    conversion of mechanical driven rice mills to electrical
    •    housewiring loans
    •    extension of line installations

4.    Transformer Rental / Rewinding
    •    Extend Transformer Rental to industrial consumers, large load consumers (sound system for disco)
    •    Rewind Busted transformers

5.    Line Hardware Fabrication
    •    Fabrication of G.I. poles, pre-cast concrete poles, G.I. service poles, concrete T–anchor, concrete anchor block, G.I. cross arms, meter boxes

6.    Construction of Lines
    •    Construction of lines for industrial, extension of lines for sitios, private and LGU funded energization projects.

7.    Meter Reading
    •    Monthly kilowatt-hour meter reading

8.    Billing
    •    Monthly billing of consumers’ consumptions

9.    Collection
    •    Collection of monthly bill such as arrears and current bills

10.    Disconnection
    •    Disconnect overdue accounts

11.    Reconnection
    •    Reconnect paid and settled accounts

12.    Apprehension
    •    Apprehend electric pilferers

13.    Pre-membership seminars
    •    Conduct pre-membership seminars for new applicant-members

14.    Info-drive
    •    Conduct information dissemination to all coverage area affecting a scheduled electric power interruption and any other activities of the cooperative
