Bohol II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BOHECO II) was incorporated in the Philippines to engage in the buy and sell of electric light, heat and power. The registered office address of the Cooperative is Jagna, Bohol. Its present operations cover 21 municipalities in Bohol.

The cooperative was organized in 1978 under the provisions of the National Electrification Administration Act (R.A. No. 6938) as amended by Presidential Decree (PD) No. 269. dated August 6, 1973.
